I'm a 20 something nobody, who has always wanted to write a book. My few obstacles are too many ideas at once, not enough time, and a dash of procrastination. So, to hold myself responsible I have decided to work under the eye of the world, or at least the one or two visitors who happen upon this site. I've had a handful of ideas that have grown with me over the years, some more developed than others. Welcome to my living ideas, please fee free to leave a comment unless it's cruel. Kindly keep those comments to yourselves.
We don't think of grief until it starts knocking on doors and sighing against our necks. We don't try to understand it until there is a no vacancy in our lives, and even though scientitst had dug and felt around for decades all their books and diagrams are unable to describe the way in which the gut turns over death. To comfort myself and hopefully someone else, a gentl rendition of grief and a dash of life.
Something about end of the wolrd novels depict a different level of humanity than we are used to. An odd comfort in being able to see a world beyond right and wrong, stories of survival vs thriving. The human connections and community that don't deveop under safety, but only under trying times. A book about life and death, oddities and relationships.
Now, even if you tell me you don't like romance, I won't entirely belive you. We all appreciate a good chic flick, down and dirty love story every once in a while. Welcome to high stakes for the kingdom, and romance that develops under the nose of an eye for the future. Revenge, love, family, and the only good apple in a contaminated field trying to save everyone.
